Spending a Sunday afternoon at these two beaches near Lisbon

It’s 1st of March or Martisor how we call it in Romanian, the day when we celebrate the beginning of Spring, by comparison with Portugal and many other countries, when the official beginning of Spring is marked by the March equinox. But enough with these astronomical details.

What matters is that today it was a sunny Sunday, less windy than the usual, so we headed to these beaches near Lisbon. You should too!

Take the train in  Cais do Sodre and stop in Praia da Torre or Praia de São Pedro de Estoril which are 25-30 minutes away from Lisbon (the same if you go by car). It will be a great choice, take our word for it! 😉
